Idaho’s Kootenai County has an answer to the question:

What do you do with pedophiles on the holiday that sends children right to their doorstep?  

Operation Lights Out requires sex offenders on felony probation to keep their lights out and not answer the door on Halloween.  Other ideas considered gathering them all in one place, but, unless you are going to then lock the doors and introduce some Sarin gas, why go through the expense?
