Karp said he wanted the project to resemble a ship because the Empire buildings would be within walking distance of the Port of Miami and Biscayne Bay.

What the hell kind of wacky ships does he know about?

And, yeah, I remember feeling the 12 story dorms at CU move under wind. I wonder if they’re looking to pay people to move there?

Nice. I read about this a while back, but figured that the condo market would kill it if common sense didn’t manage to do the job. Guess not!

The parking garage sounds like a real thrill as well, considering they are planning fewer spaces than units. Finding parking in that area is a lot of fun if there’s something happening at the American Airlines Arena.
