Oh, how I adored my Wonder Woman ‘roos! I loved them so much, in fact, that I wore them for Halloween one year (with a red leotard underneath). I thought I was *such* hot shit until my mother made me put on my winter coat over the costume. Trick-or-treating in NH sucked.
They were totally cool, except for Aquaman Underoos. My mom bought me those for Christmas because they were the only ones left at Sears (I wanted Spiderman, natch), and when I wore them to a sleepover party, it was like having a big sign on my back that said “DORK”.
Boy did I feel old. I was talking to some of my employees tonight (ages 16-20) and had mentioned underoos. They all looked at me like I had three heads. I told them you know “under wear that is fun to wear”, spiderman etc. So i then proceeded to asked them about garanimals cloths and they also gave me a blank stare. I told them you know cloths with animals on the tags and helped make sure your cloths went together. I guess these items are now “old school”, must be same thing with getting up early on Saturday mornings to watch cartoons on the black and white TV with rabbit ear antennas. So i then gave them a homework project to go home and google them on their cell phones that browse the web. LOL
Oh man, what a blast from the past…Underoos rocked back in the 80’s. My mom and grandma must of gotten me nearly every style…I remember having Superman, Spiderman, The Hulk, Batman and Darth Vader…tho there was probably more. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately!!) I started to be made fun of for wearing them in middle-school, and downright chastised when I forgot I was wearing them the first day of 9th grade and had to change for PE…so I had to stop wearing them, tho I still wore on the weekends. So tho they may have been the underwear thats fun to wear, I may need therapy for it!! haha
I had the Spiderman Underoos, and The Hulk too. That kid has a bigger package than I had though.

Yeah, Aquaman was definitely the lame one. He cracks me up on Robot Chicken, though.
I found this shirt for you, though.
BTW, seen the Aquaman movie trailer?
